Replaced LCD/Digitizer now keyboard is flaky

well my lcd/digitizer went out. didnt really know exactly which one was the culprit so i just replaced the whole thing, got it apart and together without much trouble, was very careful.
well now my querty keyboard is acting up, only some of my letters are registering,i,f,g,h,del,b,n,m,pge up,enter,alt,win,ok,systab,space,pge down,e, its really weird cause the keyboard worked great before, could i have done something to the motherboard or maybe the keyboard went out, i was very careful when...
